QR code on the table.

• Set up the event. One page in coil before the show: convention name, dates, city, your booth number. Coil generates a QR code that resolves to a token-gated capture page tied to that specific event.
• Print the QR. Stick it on the table.A walk-up scans the QR with their phone, lands on a one-screen form, fills out 30 seconds of info, and they're in your system as a tracked lead. No paper, no business cards going missing.
• Take deposits at the booth. A walk-up who wants to book on the spot opens coil's deposit Checkout from their phone. Stripe processes, the deposit lands in your account, the booking is locked. Works over cellular when the venue Wi-Fi's down.
• Drive home. Coil sends follow-ups.Three days after the convention, every captured walk-up who didn't book on the spot gets a quiet SMS: “Hey from [convention], it was great meeting you. Here's where to send your idea when you're ready.” The serious ones click through; the rest fall off naturally.
• Track which conventions actually paid.Every lead is tagged to the event, so you can see which conventions generated which dollar amounts in your dashboard. Cheap shows that consistently produce bookings become priority; expensive shows that don't get cut.
